Eid Policy Update:
During the Eid season, we will not be entertaining any return or exchange requests. This policy also applies to articles from the Eid Collection, even after Eid. We kindly request you to place your order carefully and review all details before confirming your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Any product purchased from Lapret can be exchanged within 24 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:
- The product is damaged or has manufacturing issues.
- The product received does not match the ordered size.
This policy is only applicable to orders delivered within Pakistan.
For international orders, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp: +92-315-7229405, and we will try to help you in the best possible way within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly note that the order should be sent back to us within 3 days of receiving it, and the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the article.
How to Apply for an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp: +92-315-7229405 with your order details and reason for exchange.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Processing Time:
We aim to process all exchanges within 4–6 working days after receiving the returned item.
During busy periods, it can take up to 10–12 working days for your exchange to be completed.
