Lapret Shipping and Handling

We aim to make your shopping experience seamless, from order placement to doorstep delivery.

Local Shipping:

- Shipping Fee: PKR 400 per order

- Exchange orders are processed only after Lapret physically receives the original item.

International Shipping:

- All customs duties, taxes, and VAT (where applicable) must be paid by the customer.

- Please note that cross-border parcels may be opened or inspected by customs authorities.

- If a parcel is held by customs in the destination country, the customer must provide any required documentation directly to the authorities.

- Lapret is not responsible for refunds due to customs clearance issues or delays beyond our control.
