Exchanges can be requested within 24 hours for damaged, faulty, or incorrect-size items. For Pakistan orders, return the item within 3 days (shipping cost borne by the customer). International customers can return the item within 7 days. Exchanges are processed in 4–6 working days. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
